Return and Refund Policy for Buytify 

Return Eligibility Criteria
Items are eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 10-20  days of delivery

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 5 days from delivery date.

Refund Process and Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 24 hour 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged items

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 2 days 

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • We will arrange replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Customized products

  • Sale items (if applicable)
